TOP How soon will my multiple domain hosting
account be set up and ready for use?
The account activation is manually reviewed for security reasons.
All accounts are activated within 3 hours from receipt of payment,
Most accounts are approved within 1 hour. Should you not receive
account activation notice within 6 hours after your signup, please
contact sales@irieisle-online.com.
Once an account is set up an activation notice will be sent you
via e-mail including a username, password, and IP address. You can
begin uploading files to your new web site immediately thereafter
using FTP.

Yes you do. All of our customers have full access to their account
every day, all day.

do I register a domain name)?
You may visit our domain registration site to register a new domain.

Setup fees are $0.00 and there are no other hidden charges
TOP Is it possible to get a
fixed IP for my account?
Yes, additional ip's may be requested for setting up secured
SSL pages and name servers.Charges are currently $1.20/mth per additional
IP
TOP Is there any backup and
recovery strategy there for my multiple domain accounts?
Yes, Backups are down 4 times per week.
TOP I want to start my multiple hosting
right away, but my domain name hasn't
transferred/isn't in the database yet. How do I do it?
You can upload your page(s) immediately by pointing your FTP client
to the IP address you were assigned when you opened your account.
After your domain is fully propagated through the system, you can
upload to ftp.yourdomain.com
TOP Are there any redundant
hosting solution for your multiple domain accounts ?
If by redundant hosting you mean the same website on dual servers,
then no. We have done extensive research
on this and determined that having good, reliable servers with spare
parts for backup on hand, is better for all concerned. True
dual servers hosting on different networks will be extremely
expensive for the typical small-medium size business.

Yes, we have 3 different types of web mail for you to choose: Neomail,
Horder and Squirrel mail

POP servers and do you have outgoing SMTP authorization?
Yes, we don't use our mail servers as open relays.
TOP How do I get my email?
On your desk-top email client, use the following information to
retrieve AND send email from your account:
Incoming
mail (POP3) server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: mail.yourdomain.com
You can have your email as yourname@yourdomain.com
TOP Can I upgrade my plan or features later?
You can purchase new or expanded features or upgrade to a new plan
at any time. There are no set up fees for upgrading.
TOP Is MS - Access database
supported ?
No, we support MySQL, a more powerful database program
TOP Is
ASP supported ?
No, we support PHP , a similar open source scripting program.

ASPMail available for sending mails out from web
forms ?
No, we do however support cgimail and phpmail. The server
also has several pre-defined scripting programs, for example, message
boards, guestbooks, forms etc.
